FlyCheapAlways is a free travel comparison and affiliate referral service. We aggregate real-time flight, hotel, and car rental prices from third-party booking agencies and airlines via our affiliate network (Travelpayouts). When you click a booking link and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission from the relevant partner — at no extra cost to you.

We are not a travel agency, airline, or booking platform. We do not sell tickets, accept payments, or make reservations on your behalf. Your booking contract is solely between you and the booking partner you select.

3. Pricing and Accuracy

Prices displayed on FlyCheapAlways are sourced in real time from partner networks. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all prices are current, complete, or error-free. Fares change frequently — sometimes within seconds. The price you see on our site may differ from the price shown on the booking partner's site by the time you arrive there.

• Always confirm the final price on the booking partner's checkout page before completing a purchase.
• Prices may be displayed in USD and may be rounded to the nearest dollar. Currency conversions are approximations.
• FlyCheapAlways is not liable for pricing errors or discrepancies originating from third-party booking partners.

4. Affiliate Relationships & FTC Disclosure

FlyCheapAlways participates in the Travelpayouts affiliate network and other affiliate programs. When you click a flight, hotel, or car rental link and make a booking, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We are committed to transparent affiliate disclosure: results are sorted by price, not commission rate, and we never promote a more expensive option over a cheaper one.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.

14. DMCA / Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on FlyCheapAlways infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@flycheapalways.com containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorised; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (6) your signature.
